Open call to support independent Russian media.
The Metamedia team provides financial, advisory, and educational support for regional media, freelancers, independent investigators, and freelance journalists. To participate in the support program, it is necessary to fill out the online form. The first application deadline for the financial support is April 19, 2024. The funding amount ranges from 1,000 to 10,000 euro.
Applications for consultations and participation in webinars are accepted. Webinar topics include fundraising and grant writing; opportunities for cross-border cooperation for independent media; professional burnout in media; and opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence in media work.
